What's Covered by Warranty?
What's covered:
- Your watch stops keeping accurate time
- The crown becomes loose or stops working
- The clasp stops closing properly
- The day or date display stops functioning
- Any manufacturing defect in the case, bezel, or bracelet
What's not covered:
- Scratches, dents, or cosmetic wear from daily use
- Water damage from use beyond the watch's 50m rating (splashes and rain are fine — swimming and diving are not)
- Battery replacement (batteries naturally run out over time)
- Damage from drops or hard impacts
- Glass damage from impact
- Bracelet loosening from regular wear
Is Jewelry Covered by Warranty?
Jewelry is not covered by warranty, but it is covered by a lifetime guarantee.

Customers are held accountable for items they've damaged. We cannot accept returns in such cases.
