What's covered:
- Fading or loss of gold/silver colour from normal daily wear
- Tarnishing
- Stone loosening from normal wear
- One claim per piece
What's not covered:
- Physical damage from drops, bending, or force
- Broken clasps from misuse
- Lost items
- Any changes due to abnormal uses or exposure

FAQ
What if my item is no longer in stock?
We will do our best to source you the same item, even if we discountinued it.
Otherwise, we will provide a replacement of equal value, or store credit.
I scratched my ring really bad, and the gold chipped off/crystal loosened. Is this covered?
Accidental damage is not covered. We require photos and videos of items in order to investigate the source of the complaint.
Are watches covered?
Gold/Silver plating on watches is currently not covered. Refer to out "Warranty" page for more information.
